1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The Brain Trust Lunch Group platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use The Brain Trust Lunch Group for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Host Membership

Host membership is a paid subscription service that allows users to create and manage events. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

5. Event Participation

Users participate in events at their own risk. The Brain Trust Lunch Group is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during events. Users are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances, to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others, or to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
